At New In, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless arrived damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place your items back in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
